You’ve spent months preparing for birth—now, what about postpartum? Too many mothers are left scrambling, depleted, and unsupported after baby arrives. But it doesn’t have to be that way. This workshop is your guide to creating a postpartum experience that actually supports *you*. We’ll cover meal planning, nesting beyond the mainstream narrative, and setting up the deep rest your body and spirit need. With the companion workbook, you’ll move through practical steps and soul-level preparation to ensure your transition into motherhood is one of ease and intention. I’m Mary.

Mother.

I am the mother of two young children, nestled in a small Arizona town. We spend our days creating, exploring, and following the rhythm of our hearts.

Storykeeper.

I weave friendship and ceremony into a delightful tonic for the soul. Through the warmth of connection we unfurl the tales meant to be told.

I support women in all walks of life through story integration and writing workshops.

Sacred Postpartum Doula.

I support Arizona women in their early phase of postpartum recovery. Postpartum is forever, but the first 40 days are an essential time for rest, warm food and drinks, and all the love and support a mama can get!

I am a “Mother Roaster” and received my training through The Art of Sacred Postpartum.

Herbwife.

After going septic with a kidney infection in 2019, I dreamt of stinging nettle (whom I previously did not know!). Awaking from that dream sent me on a now 5 years and running journey of herbal study and medicine making.
